Traditional work with pastels, colored pencils and ink. Done in 2011. Most detailed work of a cat I did last year...
The fine hair strokes were done with a very small brush and white ink. I didn't count them but there are probably a few hundred.

You can find my favourite brush here: [link] (But you can also use one without real hair, which is not so expencive, but the same size or smaller.)
The ink isn't available on the Amazon site, I normally buy it in a store in Berlin. But you can take a normal calligraphy ink in white in an artist store.
